Custer and Julius: Beyond 2000 is a first-of-its-kind full-length Internet sitcom. It stars mega-celebrities Julius Caesar and General George Custer. In the show, we learn that neither Julius Caesar nor George Custer died, but were frozen in an underground glacier and discovered in modern times by a cowboy scientist (Cowboy Science) in Oklahoma City. Cowboy Science (also known as "The Scientist") discovered a way to not only unfreeze organisms from the glacier, but also to modernize them so they can better adapt to their new environment.

Julius shares a house with Cowboy Science, and Custer lives in an apartment closeby. Kip is their loveable neighbor who rarely uses a front door and owns/operates the guys' favorite restaurant, Tony's House of Tex-Mex. Farmer Pharmacist is the Scientist's former co-worker and rival. These fellows have many adventures together, along with a number of other special guests.
